In New Hampshire, any vehicle 15 years and older, or under 50cc, is considered exempt and will not be issued a title. This is pursuant to RSA 261:3 of the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of New Hampshire. The RSA reads, "No title or duplicate title will be issued on any exempt vehicle, even by request". This does not mean that you will not be able to title this vehicle in your state! Check with your department of motor vehicles about your specific state requirements. We are an official N.H. motorcycle dealership and inspection station and in most cases can provide all the necessary documents for you to title and register this vehicle in your state. ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - California law requires that any used vehicle must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer unless the emissions sticker specifies that it is California compliant. This vehicle is not equipped with California emissions, and due to its low miles, you will not be able to title it in your state. Please check with your local DMV for more information.
