HAVE A QUICK QUESTION?

We've probably answered it below.

Q: Do you ship bikes?

Yes. We are able to ship bikes nationwide to any of the lower 48 states. Shipping rates can be found in the shipping section of our listings.

Q: Are the pictures of the actual bike being sold?

Yes. We take the photos and videos of all our inventory right here in our store.

Q: Your cosmetic section says you point out blemishes above “normal wear”. How do you define “normal wear”?

We have three categories we put bikes in, and for each type what we describe varies.

Type 1 - New / late model / and or high dollar vehicles - We point out everything that we can see as flaws not caused by normal riding.

Type 2 - For everything in between Type 1 and Type 3 we point out items that are, in our opinion, above normal wear and tear. We won’t point out boot scuffs on bags, small paint chips, and things you would expect to see on any used vehicle.

Type 3 - Older, high mileage, or cosmetically rough vehicles - We point out only large areas of damage. On these vehicles we highly recommend looking closely at all the pictures and/or seeing the bike in person to inspect.

If you cannot physically come to the shop and inspect it in person, we are happy to do a live video chat to review the bike with you.

Q: I saw the bike on eBay, can I buy it cheaper there?

No. The reserve prices in our auctions are the very same as what you see here on our website.

Q: Do you trade or buy bikes outright?

Yes we do. We would be happy to consider your vehicle for trade or purchase, provided you are able to bring the vehicle to our shop if we are able to agree on a value. You can fill out the "Sell Your Vehicle" form here.

Q: Do you finance?

We work with a number of local and national lenders and are able to offer financing to most of our US customer's on most bikes. Please see the financing section of our listings to apply.

Q: Is the title clean?

Unless otherwise notated in the Title section of our listing all bikes have clean titles with no salvage history.

Q: I'm from California, can I buy a bike from you?

California law requires that unless the emissions sticker on the bike specifies that it is California compliant, any bike must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer. If one of our bikes is not California compliant we will say so in the title section of the listing.

Q: What's your bottom line?

We are different than most dealers. We don't mark the bikes up and then negotiate down. We don't think that it's fair to have different pricing for different people, so we just price our vehicles right at our bottom line. Everybody gets the same deal. We know that our customers are smart and have done their research. We are confident that you will find our pricing to be extremely competitive and our bikes an extraodinary value when you consider our comprehensive condition reports and full disclosure policy.

Q: What other charges do you have?

Used Vehicles:
We do not charge any additional fees with the purchase of our used vehicles. The price you see is the price you pay.

New Vehicles:
Manufacturer freight, destination and setup fees apply. We do not charge any “Admin” or “Doc” fees.

Tax, Title, and Registration:
Local tax, title, and registration costs vary by state and are not included in our pricing.

Q: What type of payments do you take?

We accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person. Paypal and credit cards may be used for the deposit, but NOT for the full amount.
